Question: Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. I would like to know the historical background of Wahhabism? In what way does their ideology differ from that of the rest of the Muslim community?

1. Why is a man allowed to have more then one wife in Islam? i.e. why is polygamy allowed in Islam?
